Once upon a time there was... a challenge on CGhub

Challenge was about fairytales and had a title: CGHUB & Imagine FX Bobby Chiu's Fairytales Re-Imagined 2D & 3D Art Challenge
It was hot august, the worst month in last few years. It was really, really, really bad time for me. So, I failed to meet a deadline. Some time has passed and somewhere in October I decided to finish it and here we are

Here is my description from my entry on CGhub:
Hello everybody!
Here is my entry for this challenge. I chose The Sleeping Beauty in the Wood by Charles Perrault and I wonder if the prince would be an old Lich, who searches in the wood for a "not dead" princess. I think it's OK to be someone like Lich if you have such unusual mother as an ogre. I guess there are a lot of dead things anyway, especially in a Perrault's version. I just want to emphasize it in a basic fantasy style.
